Two Bears has recalled its Barista Friendly Unsweetened Oat M*lk due to undeclared milk, which can cause serious and life-threatening allergic reactions.

In a recall notice, the company urges consumers with a milk allergy not to consume the recalled oat milk, saying the products should be thrown out or returned to the location where they were purchased.

The one-liter cartons have the UPC code 6 28504 30905 6 and a best-before date of Jan. 30, 2022.

Recalled Product Sold Nationally, Online

The recalled product has been sold nationally and online, the company says. It is asking customers to check and see if they have the recalled oat milk in their homes and to discard it if so.

The recall was triggered by a Canadian Food Inspection Agency test; so far, there have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of the oat milk, the company says.

Last week, HQ Fine Foods, Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. and Evive Nutrition Inc. all recalled a range of food products in Canada due to health risks to consumers. The various food products, which includes sandwiches, red bean cakes and smoothies, pose serious health risks, including listeria contamination, cyanide poisoning and allergic reactions.
