Consumers who purchased Canada Dry Ginger Ale soft drinks in Quebec may claim up to $7.50 without proof of purchase under the terms of a $650,000 class action settlement with the products’ manufacturers.
The Class is made up of anyone who purchased, in Quebec, five or more Canada Dry Ginger Ale soft drinks at any time between Jan. 14, 2016, and Nov. 11, 2020.
A class action lawsuit had alleged Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. made false or misleading representations about Canada Dry Ginger Ale products on the labels, in advertisements, and on websites. Allegedly, the defendants led consumers to believe the beverages are made with more ginger than they actually are.
There are many products in the Canada Dry Ginger Ale line, such as cranberry ginger ale, ginger ale and lemonade, green tea ginger ale, and zero-sugar varieties.
Under the terms of the settlement, Class Members submitting a valid and timely claim form may each be eligible to claim up to $7.50.

Please add me. Love using ginger ale for upset stomach.
On a trip to Ottawa in late 2017, we crossed over to Hull Quebec to purchase Canada Dry Ginger Ale for mix.
